Thats got an older wifi 5 chip in it. Some had issues with AX much less BE. I can't remember if that version of orbi has an IoT option. If it does, set that up with wpa2 only mode. see what happens. You should have wpa2/wpa3 mixed mode running for wifi security.

Same radios for the IoT network, just individual settings for SSID, band, shared key. In case the issue is really an interop issue with AX or BE, you will see...
