Orbi RBE771 Latency issues every 60 minutes

November 21, 2025 update: I factory reset my Orbi and satellite and the issue still persists and is as prevalent as ever.
What FW version is currently loaded on the system?
Right now v10.5.19.5, though the problem has existed for every update since the beginning of the 771 series
Can you please load up this newest FW version, RBS first then RBR lastly:

Try a power OFF of the RBS and RBR AFTER the system has been fully updated, for 1 minute then back ON.
I updated to the 10.5.20.7 firmware using your instructions and it unfortunately did not resolve the issue, which isn't a surprise considering the patch notes were to resolve a security issue
