Orbi RBE871 not recognizing all devices on Wifi
Our network worked fine until a few weeks ago. (We have a router and one RBE870 satellite.) Now it's not showing all devices as being connected, even when they are connected. I can look in the app an...
App version 2.52.0.42 - it's the same on iphone and ipad.
Website only shows devices that are connected, offline only shows MAC address, so I can't identify.
Home approx 5300 sq ft
More than 30 feet to satellite
Modem - Nighthawk Model CM2050V
Using Xfinity internet, don't know about IPv6
Only have 2 wired, they're fine. Seems to only affect wireless.
Wireless 2.4 and 5 enabled; WPA2-PSK + WPA3-Personal enabled
Armor not activated; parental control not activated; traffic meter not activated
Haven't tried a factory reset or setup from scratch.
What channels are you using for 2.4 and 5Ghz?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home...
