Orbi router / satellite continual drop out

I have a new 770 series after installing I had a period of good service but now the satellites disconnect daily 

I have to power reset all and resync

netgesr support log it but then tell me to call which I’ve tried but can’t get an answer 

all units are no same firmware release 

it’s a total pain

    Are RBS ethernet or wirelessly connected to the RBR? 

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? 
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

     

    How many RBS are deployed? 
    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 
    What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

    What channel configurations are currently set on the router?  

     

    Setting up with Orbi app or PC and web browser?
