ORBI support ISSUES
I have a 5 month old Orbi RBE771 and its drops connections non stop. Website says I have a 1 year warranty but it says I can't open a case. How do i contact support or get a new ORBI. This one is TRASH!!

Problem with support is that its only free for the first 90 days unless you paid extra or subscribe to their premium service. If you go through support and it turns out not to be a hardware issue, it costs $ (usually up front and then refunded if its truly a hardware issue). What I recommend for most people is to describe their full setup, the issue in details, and what they've done to try to fix it. Then the community can try helping you. Usually if your having drops, it isn't a hardware failure but a settings issue. So I'd start there
