Outdoor Satellite for Orbi 970

Question

I recently bought the Orbi 970 3 pack. Signal strength is great in the house but doesnt extend to the backyard. I'm looking for an outdoor extender that will work with my system.

I've tried to call in to support but have been on multiple hour long holds. I've created support tickets (2) and no response from Netgear. I've attempted to chat and they dont respond.

Does anyone know how to contact the company. If I can't get a solution for the outdoors, I will be returning these units.

There isn't a dedicated unit for the BE versions. The old AC had an outdoor rated unit but not the AX, AXE, or BE units.&nbsp;
A standard outdoor extender will work with them. If you're not needing the integration from orbi, you could pickup a different suppliers outdoor rated extender and use it.&nbsp;

Can check and review NGs WAX610Y series outdoor extender and see if this works for you.
