Password not recognized on satellite RBE970
I can't connect to the satellite, even after a factory reset and resynchronization. Neither "password" nor the original password on the label works. Any ideas?
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

does power cycle of the RBR and RBS get the password set on the RBS from the RBR?
Try turning off the RBS. Remove the RBS from the RBRs web page. Power ON the RBS and press the reset button unit the back LED turns red. Release set button. Wait about 1 -2 minutes and re-add the RBS using the RBRs Add Satellite feature on it's web page. Follow instructions. Might have the RBS in same room as the RBR while you do this.
