Exactly the same problem : RB971 and 4 sats, installed on router a cooling fan ... router freeze, restarting, sats not connected (even they are wired with the best cat cable)... more than 3k€ spen...
How old is this unit? Is it new? If so, return/exchange it. I've had my 973 since release and it hasn't frozen/overheated a single time and that's without a fan and over 100 devices connected
