RBE 971 RESTART ISSUE FEW TIMES A DAY

Question

I noticed for past few weeks that my router restarts few times a day without any reasonBut I noticed it happens when I'm turning on my PC that llan cable connectedAny suggestions?

Does the front LED turn PINK when this happens?&nbsp;

Can you check the RBRs debug page for system UP time and then compare to what is seen on the RBRs main web page under Advanced Tab/Connection stats/WAN port Up Time.
Debug is at the router IP address/debug.htm

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.&nbsp;

Do the RBS do same thing?&nbsp;
ow many RBS are deployed?&nbsp;What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?&nbsp;Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?&nbsp;What channel configurations are currently set on the router?&nbsp;&nbsp;

I am having the same restart issue.&nbsp;@ points in the day my routers just restart automatically, How I notice is when the internet disappears from my laptop and tv looking at the router it flashes white and then auto connects after about a min or 2.&nbsp;

Try disabling the following and see:Armor, IPv6, All Logging on the RBR. Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.&nbsp;
Use Orbi app to disable Armor and SPC.&nbsp;
Log into to the RBRs web page to disable the rest.&nbsp;
Logging is found under Advanced Tab/Administration/Logging
To find what channels are being used, look at the routers web page on the Advanced tab. There is info showing what channels are being used.&nbsp;
