I understand that you would like more information about configuring the RBE771 to work with your existing network infrastructure.
FURRYe38 Was correct in this matter.
Since there has been no network configuration changes, the issue was most likely caused by your internet service provider.
The question about using the Orbi Mesh system in AP mode depends on your networking needs. If you are using your Orbi system to simply extend your wireless network, then you would benefit from placing your Orbi Mesh system in AP mode.
However, if you a complex network setup that includes devices such as privately hosted DNS servers, then it will be beneficial to enable bridge or pass-through as mentioned by FURRYe38 on your ISP router.
