The latest.....
I spoke to Ting and they still claimed no issues. I changed my cables (although mine were already patch cables and were new) and still had disconnects. I called Ting back since they were going to send me an Eero router/satellite to test with and I had not received it. After that call, my issues stopped. I received the Eero 3 days later and I have not even unboxed it yet since I have not lost connection in well over a week.
Based on the Orbi firmware being current and me not making any other changes, I am thinking the issue was on the Ting side and they finally resolved it. It would have been nice if they would have said yeah we see a problem and are working to fix it.

Kinda figured it was an ISP issue. Sometimes it can be hard to help them recognize that. Glad it's all working now.
