RBE971 iphone is keep disconnecting and room 15ft away no connection

I don't know what's going on but I had orbi 6e mash and never had any problems before Room next to other room where is router connected, my phone is not working with wifi Usually few times a day ran...

Please download and install the most recent firmware version 9.12.4.16 to resolve this issue.

I do not understand my firmware update on my router is up to date.When I'm checking on Orbi app no new firmware available
Do I need to manually download and install?
If yes should it be done thru website?
Admin login?

NG may not have it up on there AU services. So you'll need to manually install the FW. RBS first, RBR lastly thru there web pages. Also if your in the EU region, do not attempt to load this version of FW.
