RBR850 no admin access

I am having the same issues as many others. Both the Orbi App for iOS and desktop PC web browser cannot connect to the RBR850 for admin access. I have confirmed the default gateway ip via command pro...

One more update: Chrome reports ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED, and PowerShell can successfully ping 192.168.1.1 while TCP connections to both ports 80 and 443 fail.

    Does this happen on both the WiFi connection as well as when connecting direct to one of the Ethernet LAN ports?

    If every kind of data path access is not workable, there is no other way but factory reset your Orbi system, and reconfigure (Wireless SSID, WiFi security and password).

     

    To avoid reconfiguring all connected devices like wireless printers or IOT, put in the same config data again. This includes re-adding the Netger account to bring up Anywhere Access again.
