RBR850 no admin access
I am having the same issues as many others. Both the Orbi App for iOS and desktop PC web browser cannot connect to the RBR850 for admin access. I have confirmed the default gateway ip via command pro...
So I did the factory reset. The admin page came back. I set everything back up and it works, but thats inconvenient so I hope it doesnt happen again.
I will say that the firmware update on the web page and orbi app were showing no available updates, even after a few refreshes but I know that is not true. The current version was 7.2.8.2. I updated to 7.2.8.5 for both the satellites and the router. I see now that 7.2.8.8 is available, so I guess I will manually update to that as well.
Glad you got back in. After you get the system updated to v.8, and all up and running, be sure to save off a backup config to file. Saves time if a reset is needed in the future:
