Blocked/Not-Blocked Devices

That is understood. The issue is that the method by which this device was blocked (blocked from accessing a single satellite) is no longer available. The mobile app shows the device is not blocked in any way though it shows no wifi utilization (see image), and I can only set it to be blocked there. The Web GUI shows it is blocked with no option to unblock.
Can you see the Apple TV in the list of Attached devices on the router?

That is now something you have to control with the app.
