Can't get my ios device to connect to Orbi 770 VPN.

I signed up for their stupid software support program at $100. Their next reply was "unless you sign up for our vpn cloud system, vpn only works with MacOS and Microsoft PCs." I definitely feel used.

Time to get another support agent. Hopefully someone who knows that there are two different types of "VPN" in regards to Netgear Orbi systems:
- OpenVPN Host is a feature that can be enabled on almost every Netgear router (Nighthawk and Orbi).
This allows any device that has an OpenVPN Client to connect from the internet to the router and have access to the local LAN.
OpenVPN has versions for Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux. - Netgear Armor VPN, which allows devices on the LAN to open a VPN connection to the internet. This is similar to installing a VPN product on the local device.
Maybe stop payment on the credit card charge?
