I’m having a similar issue with my 870’s. It’s best summarized by this post which has been locked for some reason:

This issue never occurred with my AX3800 Orbi system, and now I’m having random disconnects every hour on wireless devices and 10-20 seconds of slowdown to a crawl on those using wired backhaul.
I installed the newest firmware released in the past week or two. My next step is to try a factory reset.

Does the front LED on any of the units turn pink when this happens?
Happends with the RBR oor RBS?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, IPv6, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Logging, Traffic Meter.Try a factory reset and setup from scratch...
My 870 series has been online for past couple of weeks with out any issues seen to date...
