Re: RBE971 constant ethernet disconnections

My Orbi router is connected by ethernet to my Xfinity modem. The connection between the two periodically gets lost for a few minutes. What’s the fix?

    Does the front LED turn RED or PINK when this happens? 

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
