RBR850 no admin access

Try a different browser? MS Edge or Firefox?
You may need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a ethernet connected PC.
Brand and model # of ISP modem or ONT the RBR is connected too?
I've tried Edge, Chrome and Safari web browsers.
I am not using an ISP provided modem, but a NetGear CM2000
You may need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a ethernet connected PC.
Press the reset button in back of the RBR for 15 seconds then release. Give 1-2 minutes then access the RBR at 192.168.1.1 with a ethernet connected PC and web browser:

Also be sure to use a CAT6A STP cable between the RBR and CM modem.
