Remove 770 satellite

I was trying to add an RBE770 satellite wirelessly to my network, but something went wrong halfway through the installation.

When I log into the admin interface, the satellite is shown in grey with the status "Config Sync", and it has been stuck like that for the past 12 hours.

I decided to factory reset the satellite and start over, but I can't remove it from the list of connected devices.

I have powered the satellite off and then tried to remove it, but neither the web interface nor the app gives me a "Remove" option.

What should I do?

At the moment, I can't add the satellite again because the system won't detect it.

  • When I select "Edit Device", this screen appears.

There is no "Remove" button anywhere.

Do a factory reset on the RBR and all the satellites, and set it up from scratch.

Try to add the new satellite first, and see if it works on the second try.

What firmware is on the RBR and the RBS?

What happens if you ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR long enough to see if the Config Sync clears?
