    Thanks very much everyone.  I was finally able to get all three units reset.  I had to let the router stay on for a couple of minutes before starting the reset procedure.

Press for only 15 seconds.

      I was able to reset the two satellites -- their lights turned amber and began flashing, but not the router.  Strange.

        After releasing the reset button power LED should go from AMBER to GREEN, Then you can power them OFF after GREEN is seen.
