Returned Orbi but not repaid - cannot contact Netgear by any means

I returned Orbi 770 Router and Satellite on 7/8/26 - tracked by Post Office. No contact from Netgear, two attempts at getting replies, and cases opened and closed saying I would be repaid. I have still not been refunded after over a month - I have tried calling, but get cut off. There seems no means of communicating with Netgear to get my refund. What have others done to get a response and refund?
