- msi mag z790 tomahawk max wifi ddr5 atx motherboard
- Don't think this is a modem problem since it is privately own and the ISP is Xfinity. Just computer has the problem while my phone on the same satellite is working fine for internet.
- No clue about square fit, but the router is on one side of the wall, and on the other side of the wall is where the satellite is at (just one story up - easy 10 steps of stairs).
- Satellite is connected via WiFi - according to the default getaway it is connected using 5Ghz + 6GHz.
- All channels are set to default and auto, only thing I change where the dns to 75.75.75.75 and 8.8.8.8

Brand and model # of ethernet or wifi adapter installed in the PC?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Distance between the RBR and RBS maybe TOO close. 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
Try using channels 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.
