Satellite won't join
I have an Orbi 971 router and two satellites. The router and satellite #1 are working fine. Satellite #2 starts up, but won't join the system. What can I try to correct the problem?
I think I have solved the problem. I followed the advice given to Anderson and connected the satellite to the router using ethernet. The satellite synced that way. Then I disconnected from ethernet and my system seems to have synced.
hardwired is better if its ever an option. Even the lower tied systems really shine with an ethernet backhaul. And the 2.5gig unmanaged switches can be picked up pretty cheap from one of the foreign sellers
