I was able to connect my satellite to the router. The satellites to are all on 10.5.19.5 and router is V10.5.20.7_2.2.48. I have one of the satellites connected via ethernet. Looking at the admin console I can see 3 of the satellites are showing connection type as 5 GHz + 6GHz and the wired one only shows 5 GHz is this normal?

How was the system updated? Manually? RBS should be updated first to v.20 FW version, then update the RBR lastly.
Config Sync means that the RBS and RBR are still finalizing the sync. Takes a few more minutes maybe. If RBS are ethernet connected Config sync should change to WIRED. If RBS are wireless, should 5GHz + 6GHz meaning MLO is active between the RBR and RBS.
