IPv6 effects wireless and hard wired connections, so if it is enabled and causing issues, then disabling it will allow you to test if it is causing an issue, steps below:
- Launch a web browser from a device that is connected to your router's network.
- Enter www.routerlogin.net.
A login window displays. - Enter your user name and password.
The default user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive. - The BASIC Home page displays.
- Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > IPv6.
- From the Internet Connection Type drop-down, make sure Disabled is select, if not select Disabled.
- Click or tap Apply, and then power cycle the system.

Update....
After doing a complete reset on the modem, router and satalite (following the reset steps provided) and also inputing a custom DNS. Everything is still the same... no changes at all.
But.... what i have found is my wife's iphone 14 pro is working flawlessly. i am able to open netflix, disney etc.
It seems to me something is blocking the communition on andrioid devices. i have 2 sony tv's (android based) and pixel 9 pro. Even my pixel tablet and samsung tablet are having the same issues... but youtube works flawlessly...... this is bizzare.

Have you tried a factory reset and setup from scratch, V9.13.1.2 is quite a big update.
