Turn off 5 ghz on 770
I just bought an Orbi 770. How do I turn off 5 GHz in order to force some things onto 2.4 GHz. Thank you

It is not possible to "turn off" the primary WiFi signals on a Netgear Orbi router.
This 770 model includes the "Internet of Things" (IoT) feature. See page 61 of the User Manual:

This feature creates a separate WiFi network (SSID) which allows the user to control the 2.4G and 5G radios. i.e., you can temporarily (or permanently) turn off either or both of them.
Just to be clear, often people read the product documentation and conclude that their new device cannot be connected to their WiFi if it is broadcasting a 5G signal. 90% of the time, IoT devices connect with no problem at all. It is true that there are some IoT devices which have defective smartphone apps which fail to work correctly if the phone is connected to WiFi at 5G.
This IoT network provides a method to work with those devices.
If you have actually tried to set up this device and failed, then the IoT feature is your solution.
