Webiste unreachable with firmware 10.5.20.3

Hi,

   Since I upgraded the Orbi system (both my Base and Satellite are on firmware 10.5.20.3), I can't access to artisan.plus website from my wifi network on any of the machines I have (Macs, Windows, iphones, ipad). The netwok is like that :

French provide (free) fiber box <-Ethernet-> Orbi  <-WiFi-> all the machines

 

Before upgrading the firmware, I had no problem accessing artisan.plus via the wifi network.

 

If I connect directly one of my mac via ethernet on the fiber box, I have no problem accessing artisan.plus

 

Weirdest thing, if I activate Apple Private Relay on a Mac connected via Orbi using 10.5.20.3 firmware, I can access artisan.plus.

    What model is the ISP modem/ONT? 

     

    Has a power OFF of the ISP modem and RBR for 1 minute been performed after the update?

     

    Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR? 

    Using ISP detected DNS services? Try using a different DNS service. Cloudfare?
