sounds like you might have corrupted the firmware during the update.

You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.

are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

hithanks for the reply im unable to reflash the firmware as im not good with computers&nbsp;is there any o way this can be done with granting romote accessthanks

Just tried again and the firmware flash gets about three quarters of the way on first flash then fails

what error does it give you?&nbsp;What type of device are you using?&nbsp;did you flash with tftp or nmrpflash?&nbsp;If tftp, did you enable it within windows?&nbsp;
