6e Band & Firmware 1.2.13.100
Has anyone noticed the 6e band dropping after upgrading to firmware 1.2.13.100 on the RAXE500? I reverted back to 1.0.12.96 just to get a stable 6e connection.

Hi,
There is one issue i found with wifi 6e its showing no internet connection but 2.4 and 5 GHz working just fine.
any good advise ?
Upgraded mine to v.100.
Power cycled the router OFF for 30 seconds then back on.
To fully check the 6Ghz radio, I disabled Smart Connect and 2.4Ghz, leaving 5 and 6Ghz enabled.
Channel 44 for 5Ghz Up to 4800 and Channel 37(PSC) Up to 4800 on 6Ghz
Using a AX210 PCIe adapter, Intel driver version v22.250.1.2, on a Windows 11 PC, card sees and connected to the 6Ghz radio.
Typing this post now using the 6Ghz radio on the RAXE500 as well.
Speed test results to boot:
I may factory reset and set up from scratch to be sure.

FYI: I upgraded my RAXE500 to 1.2.13.100 on 12 DEC without performing a factory reset, and have observed no Wi-Fi 6e issues using an iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 17.2).

its not working in any way i even reset my phone networks to re check it maybe from my phone but its not 2.4 working fine 5 GHZ working totally fine should i go back to previous version it was working just fine the only issue was with 2.4 which i dont use at all the only things got fixed finally after 9 months was QOS was out of service.
Factory reset the RAXE500 and setup from scratch wtih v.100 FW loaded.

what i found after trying to do something, when i change the mode for 6e from 4800 to 2400 it will connect but if i kept it 4800 it will not, this is the issue its required a fixed 5ghz 4800 working fine only the issue with 6e with mode 4800.

That's very strange! I didn't have any issue at all, I usually do Factory reset after install a new FW but I didn't do it this time.
And what is your current 5 and 6Ghz channel and UPTO speed settings set for on your router?

5 GHZ Ch. 116 Up to 2400
6 GHZ CH. 85 PSC Up to 4800

Thanks everyone for commenting to date!
Yousef , I tested your workaround by changing the 6 GHz mode from "Up to 4800 Mbps" to "Up to 2400 Mbps"...and yes, I see it too. The 6e signal then becomes stable with it set at "Up to 2400 Mbps". Switching it back to "Up to 4800 Mbps", the 6e signal becomes unusable. For reference, I'm using my Samsung S23+ to test this 6e signal (one of four phones in my house right now with 6e).
That said for me, keeping it at the latest v1.2.13.100 with "Up to 2400 Mbps" set for 6 GHz seems to keep it working fine. However, I've also found reverting back to v1.0.12.96 without changing the Mode for 6 GHz also is an option.
If anybody has additional comments/observations on this, keep the info coming. I'm crossing my fingers we got a work around here, but not confident we'll see an update anytime soon as Netgear usually provides updates only a couple times a year.

Oddly I got a notice from the app today that it updated to this firmware. I’ve checked both the app and browser admin panel a few times in the last couple months and it always said no update.
i didn’t search or check forums since they put out so few firmware updates but almost 2 months of telling me no updates and then doing it itself is a little odd.
