All lights green on RAX35, devices can’t access internet

All lights show green on my Nighthawk RAX35 router. I’ve power cycled the modem and router and through the nighthawk app it says internet up/down is fast. I’ve also pressed the button on the back to do a factory reset. Yet my devices struggle to connect to the router and when they do they can’t access the internet.

I’ve updated the firmware to v1.0.6.106_1.0.1

Conveniently my premium support expired 3 days ago, so can’t contact for support. Any thoughts, suggestions, help please?

  • There are no green lights on the RAX35. Only white and amber/red.

    Did you cycle the devices in order?

    Reboot modem and wait a few minutes to fully come up
    Reboot the RAX35 and wait as well

    Do you get Internet on wired devices?
    Have you tried different DNS servers? 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 ?

    Which ISP is your provider?
    What is the modem model in front of the router?

      I turned off and unplugged and modem. Turned off the router. After 2 minutes plugged the modem back in and waited 2 minutes. Then I plugged in the router and waited 2 minutes.

        I did yet another factory reset, and again then went to 1.1.1.1 to complete. It seems it's working now.
