AX12 WiFi router disappear from WiFi list

The WiFi name disappeared from the list, there is internet for all wired devices but no WiFi network shows up on the list. I have reboot it, disconnected power, connected remotely to the router and reboot from there but nothing.

      The wifi icon is lit, when i go to the list of wifi in my cell or laptop the name does not appear at all. In the netgear app everyting looks like is working fine. Every device that i ahve connected to it with wire is working fine.

      Thank you so much for helping, i am basically ignorant on this.

      well, apparently i cant attached files either, something about teh extension not matching....
