AX1800 Mesh WiFi 6 system firestick problem

Just purchased the AX1800 do to problems with our provide router by our ISP. We use firesticks to stream our entertainment.  I installed the router and the 2 satellites and then the firestick would not work.  Note: we have ClientVPN installed on our firesticks. Any ideas?

    what modem/gateway is the router connected to? 
    What actual system do you have? AX1800 is a speed, not a model

      The model is a mk63. The modem is one supplied by our ISP Spectrum. It doesn't have a make on it.

        some isp's supply modem/router combo devices which can cause a double nat and the occassional issue. does your modem have a model number on the label
