can't print using wifi with ax1800 router brother HL-L5200dw wifi printer and HL-L2370 brother
I can see the printer on my network, but nothing will print. I have changed the printer to use the new network name, but can't print Also, my other Brother printer HL-L2370 won't print. I connect a USB cable to one of the computers, and it does print. It just won't print using the wifi.

It would help to know the model number of the Orbi router (from the product label on the bottom of the case).
This is printing from what device? (Windows? Mac? smart phone? tablet?)
When one of my printers gets a new IP address on the network, I often have to go into the computer "Settings" and set up the printer again. (I now use the LAN Setup table to assign a specific IP address to the printer so that I always know "where it is". Would be nice if the Orbi 'app' included that feature, but it doesn't.)

Apparently I don't know enough about the Netgear Community. I am using a Netgear AX1800 wifi 6 router and it seems I posted my questions in the wrong forum.
I have computers running windows 10 and 7.
Also can't get my credit card machines to work. I have a new machine on the way.
True, there is a forum intended for Orbi WiFi6 products:

AX1800 is a Marketing Term created by adding together a bunch of theoretical WiFi number (and thus totally "hype").
What counts is the actual model number printed on the label, something that starts with "RBR" plus 3 digits.
How is this system being managed? (using the web interface or the Orbi 'app'?)
