Can't use anymore the access control directly from my router RAX50

Hi,

 

I have updated recently the Nighthawk android app on my phone and also the firmware on my RAX50.

 

Firmware version is V1.0.4.100_2.0.64. 

The problem is that I can't anymore manage the connected devices directly from my router.

Every time I get this message ; "To use Access Control, please use the Nighthwak App"

 

What's the catch? Seems that I lost fonctionnality on my router and there is no way to contact the support.

I already tried to go back to the previous firmware version but I still have the same result.

 

Is there a way to revert this?

    Downgrade FW back to what had been working? 

     

    NG seems to be moving away from router web page based controls to the Nighthawk app and Smart Parental Controls there.

      Hi, thanks for the reply,

       

      Reverting to the previous version didn't do anything. I already tried to go back 3 versions behind without success. 

       

      From what version the access control through mobile app have been enabled?

        Hi,

         

        I finally found the version that allow the use of access control directly from the router interface.

         

        I've rolled-back to V1.0.2.72_2.0.45 and everything is fine now.
