I just looked on my phone, and it does show randomized MAC under network details (I'm at work and not connected to WiFi), but I did not make any changes to settings either in my phone (or any other device at home: Kindle, Android tablet, Windows PCs) and this is affecting all of my devices. I did try forgetting the profile and re-adding on at least one device, but will try that again.

What channels are you using on the CAX?
What security mode are you using?
I use channels 1 and 40 and set mixed mode WPA2/WPA3.
