Cloudflare blocking website
I am unable to open the Ravensburger Puzzles American website(s). It brings up a Cloudflare blocking message.
I have tried all the recommended solutions. I do not use a VPN. I clear all my cookies after all internet searches, and I have only one network - yours. I recently connected the router to my home AV Receiver via ethernet to do a software update. I have no idea if this changed the "network" connection. I have only one ISP provider.
I just ran the latest firmware update on my router. No change.
I am continuing to do research. I guess I need to find out which "sub-network" the router is connected to. I am not having issues with any other websites.
I contacted Ravensburger, and they blame Cloudflare. Cloudflare blames Ravensburger. I have no idea how to remedy this situation.

What Nighthawk model router do you have?
What brand and model# ISP modem or ONT do you have?
Try using ISP DNS instead of Cloudfare. Or try Quad9 or Google DNS.
Issues with Cloudfare, you'll have to get with Cloudfare and Ravensburger about this issue. That's between them. They'll need to resolve that.
I am really tired at this point. I think this problem exists between Cloudflare and Ravensburger.us . As long as I can get my jigsaw puzzles through a third party vendor, I will not bother looking at their website. I usually use that website for research only. A relative suggested I log on to the internet at a library. That might be a good idea, but I rarely search the Ravensburger website as it is. I have "unsubscribed" from their email list. They send me emails but block access to their website. Go figure. Anyway, as I said, I am just really tired at this point. I am older, and I have invested as about much energy into this matter as I want to. Thanks for your interest.
