Connection keeps dropping RAX20
I just bought and moved into a new home that is a condominium located in a small complex. Not a while lot of internet options here but all of the options use a modem located outside the building that connects to all of the condos so the only thing necessary for service is to purchase a router and plug into the cable located in the utility room. Since starting my new internet service my router will keep disconnecting from the internet and won't reconnect unless I unplug it then re-plug it in. Wanting to know if anyone her understands the issue and can help me solve it

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NightHawk (WiFi6 RAX and RAXE Series) router products. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you. What actual modem does it connect to?
sometimes, its not a modem it connects to but a shared connection and it causes a double nat or has a lease time that expires.
so the details of what you're actually connecting to helps.
