Error 5478EH Model RAX35
Trying to intall router using app and when scanned it came up with Error 5478EH.Called support and said something about needed firewall but did not fully inderstand about this.Model RAX35 but this will not come in above window.

I'd hardwire into the router for setup. Use a pc/laptop. It tends to go smoother/easier.
Not exactly sure on how to do that. Is it hooking the Ethernet cable directly from router to PC bypass the modem .
its not "bypassing" the modem.
You connect your modem to the wan port on router.
You connect a router lan port to a pc/laptop.
