Family controls -= WSM Nighthawk RAX35v2 6C210870A19BE

Question

Firmware has been updated. Nighthawk app has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Router has been rebooted. Password has been changed.

At routerlogin.net or .com, I do not see a "basic screen" where I can acces sfamily controls. The router UI is there but no other functions.

Under advanced - "web services management", I have only one option "always use https to access router". I have no access to other functions.

with the Nighthawk app, I have issues finding the router 90% of the time. When I do, it will not allow me to update family controls.

Any suggestions ???

May you refer to the article below to setup NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls. If your issue persists, please provide us with the current firmware version your router is on and the Nighthawk app version you have installed (please also specify if it's iOS or Android).
