firmware not updating

Question

I went to check for any new firmware updates...says that firmware 1.0.3.106_1.0.58 and it says it is downloading yet it doesn't download...this is the current firmware version I have V1.0.3.102_1.0.56...I have tried many times to download it and reboot my system and the new firmware version still won't install
