Had to reboot now can’t access subscriptions

I have a nighthawk RAX42 router. I signed up for a parental controls subscription and somehow ended up putting the entire household on pause. Then I couldn’t unpause since I couldn’t access the Internet. Had to reboot the router and set it up again now the app isn’t showing my parental controls dashboard so I can’t access that service but it still slows as one of my subscriptions and still says I’m going to be charged and my free support ended on 12/18/2021, so I can’t open a support ticket. Can anyone Please advise
