Have a Nighthawk RAX35v2 router that connects to computer but no internet, worked prior to yesterday

Nighthawk Dual Band Router RAX35v2 always conneced to our laptop and internet worked. Two days ago, we started having trouble with it connecting to internet, it shows connected but no internet. Everything else- phones, another laptop, tv connect and have internet. Took it to public wifi and it will connect and work, it does show private network and the adaptors seem to work, what can be wrong?

    what firmware version are you on? 

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    Does a reboot help?

    Does a factory reset/reinstall help?

      Firmware Version v1.0.2.82

      Modem HitronCODA-45

      Reboot doesn't help

      Didn't factory reset yet because everything else connected is working

        so its only the laptop thats not working?

        Everything else works?
