Have to keep rebooting RAX500 every 24-36 hours
I've had this router since they came out and have been on the latest firmware since January. Over the last month or so we lose internet often with laptops and iPhones, however, our TV's that are streaming, keep playing. The ISP says everything is good on their side. I initially was rebooting the cable modem then the router but now have only been rebooting the router with the same results. I haven't changed any settings in the router. When the internet is working, it's fast (1G) as I have several wifi 6E clients. No lagging or buffering. I'm about ready to put a z wave plug on it and do a reboot every 24 hours. Any ideas?

How are these things connected? WiFi? Wired.
What happens when they "lose internet"?

I haven't changed any settings in the router.Did you reset the router to factory settings after the firmware flash?
New firmware sometimes introduces changes that are not compatible with the old configuration.
So while it isn't guaranteed to fix problems a factory reset is the first thing to try if you have issues with new firmware.
You can reduce the hassle of reconfiguring all those settings by creating a backup of your settings before you reset. Then if something is still broken after the reset, and the new firmware has not fixed it, you can restore the device to its pre-reset state.
You could even try restoring the settings even if the new firmware has fixed the problems, but be prepared for the restore to also resurrect your problems. How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
The factory reset is more a "witchcraft" move than a technically informed solution, but it does seem to fix problems, especially on the wifi front. It is also the first thing that Netgear support will recommend.

I always do a factory resets after a firmware update however, that's been ages ago as there haven't been any new updates. Both the lan clients and wifi clients lose the internet. The cable modem is a 1G Spectrum supplied modem. The TV's that keep streaming use both lan and some are wifi. I had to do a reboot to get to the netgear website this morning. Maybe I'll do another factory reset but nothing has been changed or added since this all started. No buffering and my wifi 6G cards have the wifi speed at 800-900.

Make and model?
It says:
Spectrum includes a modem with Internet or Voice at no extra cost. Spectrum also provides a compatible router for your service for a low monthly fee. When you choose Spectrum, there is a range of modems and routers to fit your needs.
That doesn't tell us much.
