HELP my model RAX50 is only broadcasting guest network

This morning the only network I see is the Guest one. I already rebooted my modem and router, and that didn't help. The problem is I cannot access the router online because I can't connect to it. I would appreciate any help I can get because I am needing this to run my small business. Thanks!

    Seems last night, there was a bug with the latest update with the RAX50 where for some users, it failed to retain all of the changed settings. While it is annoying with rare issues like this, it is best to do a factory reset and do a setup from scratch without using a backup config file.
