Help with NightHawk AX6  (AX4300)

Just purchased NightHawk AX6  (AX4300) from Costco. 

Anyone may help on how to set it up. Do I still need the old crabby router. 

I installed the app on my iPhone. it shows I am connected to the web. But when I try to visit any site it keeps telling me: Check your internet connection, 

or Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings ( I have no idea how to resolve this issue),

or it tells me also Check your proxy setting. 

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    AX4300 is a speed, not a model. which model did you buy? 

    What modem is it connected to? 

    If you go to netgear.com/support/   type in your model number and it'll take you to the support site for your device.

     

    If you just bought it, you also have the option of the 90 days of support for new devices.  Click on "mynetgear" at the top. Register an account and the device. From there you can contact support for help with setup.
