Question

Vs 28 wants my Netgear account login to finish to allow me into router stats, it did NOT do this on vs 18. Got into router with admin and MY new password. NOW on vs 28 it&nbsp; Says after I click on my account login with the CORRECT CREDENTIALS, PASSWORD, THERE&nbsp; but says something went wrong try again............30 attempts later SAME THING. Is Netgear going to come out with a NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE for RAX43vs2 that fixes this bug. I have seen other RAX router posts WITH "SAME" ISSUE!!!

Disconnect the router from the ISP modem then factory reset the router by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Clear all browser caches. Use a wired PC and web browser and navigate to 192.168.1.1 and walk thru the setup routine using the web browser:

When you get to the routers home page, reconnect it to the ISP modem/ONT.&nbsp;
