Lan disconnect and reconnect ps5 on multiple rax routers
I have 4 ps5s at different houses and different states, it is not the Systems. They randomly lan disconnect and reconnect intermittently. It's either in the software from Playstation and how to handle netgear routers (my bet) or the routers and how they communicate with the 60hz Playstation (second but tie for first ) or isp(doubt it I have business class internet). I use a rax200 on 3 of them and a rax120 on one all of them have issues with lan disconnect. Seen it in the netgear forums and ps forums for ps5 and ps4 pro nothing on the standard ps4. No answers since 2021. Contacted psn support they wanted me to send one in when I informed them of how many units and gave them serial numbers for all they acted stupid and said "they've never heard of this issue "🤦🏾♂️I'm starting to lean towards the system pushing out the 60hz or higher or maybe it's the routers for me
but the ps systems aren't broken for you Playstation people and the safe mode trick is temporary.. I also tried static ip nothing works. They need to get their 💩 together. We pay too much money to these companies. Never have heard wifi connection people saying they have any issues but wifi isn't the way to game in my opinion and I want my hard wire solution ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️... So I turn to netgear for a solution since I have been seeing it happen to alot of netgear router users. I have various modems all netgear, ax6000x2 ,cm1000, cm2000. I hope my case helps solve this seeing as it is not local to one Playstation 5. I spend alot of money with netgear and Playstation. There needs to be a conversation between these two companies. Maybe it's having all netgear and how they communicate before pushing the signal , maybe keep the router and switching to a Motorola modem or surfboard modem never had a issue on ps4 with netgear and a Motorola modem. Idk but HELPPPPPPPPP

Something to contact Sony about and let them know what your seeing.
- TwentywaysAspirantContacted Sony they have to contact netgear and work between the two about the systems and their communication and put out a hot fix... Only answer I've been able to find is a beta got fix that kills your speed by 80% and that's not acceptable to me or for gaming. netgear wants me to pay them for a troubleshooting or a solution that should be known or put out for netgear product owners. Just cause it's over 6 months and tech support on all my devices have expired. Terrible to pay for a solution to their product or the way it communicates with a gaming console
- TwentywaysAspirantStill no solution... Does netgear even chime in on the forums? This is definitely a communication issue between netgear products and ps5
