Laptop cant see nighthawk Ax2400
I need guidance...simple instructions. I believe the AX needs to be turned off??

What model router do you have? AX2400 is a combined wifi speed.
Review the user manual for configuration settings for wifi features.
what wireless chip is in your laptop?
A lot of early drivers on them had issues with netgear. I usually recommend they go directly to the wireless card manufacturer's website and get the current one. Usually windows updates or the device makers (sony/lenovo/etc) have old/outdated drivers
