model CAX30 Netflix will not connect
Hello,
Looking to see if there are any reported issues with nighthawk router after a power interruption . Seems Something is not allowing it to load Netflix. Keep getting connection failed code. But Internet is up and running fine???
Any help greatly appreciated. I also called my provider to check for any technical issues. None found.

Does netflix not load on any device?
How long was the power interruption?
Devices wireless or ethernet or both connected to the gateway?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

The CAX30 is reporting that the internet connection is Good?
And devices are able to do the usual things, such as open web pages, access email, etc.?
How are you attempting to access NetFlix?
(computer? Roku? Tivo? AppleTV?.....)What is the error code?

Hello, Yes it always shows good when i have this issue. All other devices work fine but it seems my sony bravia tv with netflix installed has a problem re-connecting? This can go on for 2 days. I also reboot router and tv but it takes several tries. even then I have to wait till the next day , then it will connect to netflix. My tv says its a network connection issue. I should have taken a picture of the code that Netflix displays. Cant remember it. .
